Amanda Wasserstrum

Ms. Wasserstrum is a Vice President in the Ares Corporate Strategy Group, where she focuses on firm operational strategy. Prior to joining Ares in 2024, Ms. Wasserstrum was the Chief Operating Officer at Square Roots, where she focused on developing the company's growth strategy, operating model and organizational design. Previously, Ms. Wasserstrum was a Vice President in Foreign Exchange Sales at Barclays, where she advised global macro hedge funds and asset managers on developed and emerging market currency investments. Ms. Wasserstrum holds a B.S., cum laude, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Economics and an M.B.A., with distinction, from New York University Stern School of Business.
