Palmer McArthur

Mr. McArthur is a Managing Director in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. multifamily real estate equity development and construction management. Prior to joining Ares in 2024, Mr. McArthur was a Managing Director at RangeWater Real Estate, where he focused on sourcing and executing multifamily developments in the Southeastern United States. Previously, Mr. McArthur was an Assistant Vice President in the Real Estate Capital Markets Group at Wells Fargo. Mr. McArthur holds a B.S., with distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
