Greg Long

Mr. Long is a Principal in the Ares Global Client Solutions Group, where he focuses on institutional client management. Prior to joining Ares in 2024, Mr. Long was the Director of Investor Relations at Ballast, where he focused on raising capital for a residential real estate platform. Previously, Mr. Long was a Product Specialist at Barings, where he focused on private equity and real assets solutions. In addition, Mr. Long was a Portfolio Manager at the Bank of America Pension Plan, where he covered alternative investments. Mr. Long holds a B.A. from the University of Georgia in Finance. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
