Caroline Kruse

Ms. Kruse is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where she focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity asset management. Prior to joining Ares in 2024, Ms. Kruse was a Senior Asset Manager at ML Realty Partners, where she focused on operations, leasing and financial reporting of industrial assets in the Chicago and Dallas-Fort Worth markets. Previously, Ms. Kruse was a Vice President at Mid-America Real Estate Group, where she focused on retail asset management and receiverships. Ms. Kruse holds a B.A. from Purdue University in Psychology. She is a licensed Illinois Managing Broker.
