Managing Director
Mr. Bumber is a Managing Director in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate development and construction management. Prior to joining Ares in 2024, he was a Managing Director at Advance Realty Investors, where he oversaw the sourcing, entitlement, development and leasing of all industrial projects for the firm. Previously, Mr. Bumber was a Senior Vice President of Capital Deployment at Prologis, where he oversaw acquisitions and development in the Northeastern United States. In addition, Mr. Bumber was a Vice President of Development at Liberty Property Trust, where he oversaw all development for the Lehigh Vally and Maryland regions. Mr. Bumber holds a B.S. from East Carolina University in Construction Management. Mr. Bumber is an active member of NAIOP.
