Carlos Torres

Mr. Torres is a Vice President in the Ares Private Equity Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Torres was an Investment Banking Associate at Barclays Capital Inc., where he focused on asset-backed securitizations and warehouse financing origination and structuring. Previously, Mr. Torres was an Associate Analyst at Moody's Investors Service, where he was responsible for research and ratings analysis for residential mortgage-backed security transactions. He holds a B.S. from Lehigh University in Analytical Finance.
