Davis Niederman

Mr. Niederman is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity portfolio management. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Niederman was an Associate at Black Creek Group, where he focused on the fund management of Black Creek Industrial REIT IV, a public, non-traded industrial REIT. Previously, Mr. Niederman was a Senior REIT Credit Analyst at U.S. Bank, where he focused on evaluating the credit profile of REITs that U.S. Bank had relationships with in the western United States. Mr. Niederman holds a B.S. from the University of Colorado in Finance and Real Estate.
