Andrew Wood

Mr. Wood is a Vice President in the Ares Credit Group, where he focuses on U.S. direct lending, including portfolio management. Prior to joining Ares in 2017, Mr. Wood was a consultant in the Mergers and Acquisitions Transaction Services group at Deloitte, where he focused on buy and sell side financial due diligence for private equity and strategic buyer clients. Mr. Wood holds an M.S. in Accountancy and a B.S. in Accounting from Wake Forest University. Mr. Wood is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
