Chris Wade

Mr. Wade is a Managing Director and Chief Accounting Officer in the Ares Finance and Accounting Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2017, Mr. Wade was a Director at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, where he launched and oversaw the accounting for the private fund platform at KKR Credit. Previously, Mr. Wade worked at FEI Company and Riverbed Technology in SEC Reporting Manager and Accounting Manager roles, respectively. In addition, Mr. Wade worked at Ernst & Young LLP, serving a variety of clients in the technology and investment management industries. Mr. Wade holds a B.A., with departmental honors, from the University of Oregon in Accounting.
