Partner and Head of Investor Operations and Services
Mr. Cisco is a Partner and Head of Investor Operations & Services in the Ares Global Client Solutions Group, where he focuses on investor operations. Mr. Cisco serves on the Ares Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council. Prior to joining Ares in 2019, Mr. Cisco was a Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer of Global Distribution within the Investor Relations Team at Och-Ziff Capital Management Group. In this role, Mr. Cisco developed strategic plans and processes to improve capital raising efficiency and effectiveness. Previously, Mr. Cisco was Head of Investor Relations Operations at Och-Ziff where he, along with his team, worked to enhance investor reporting and transparency in order to meet the needs of the firm's investors. Additionally, Mr. Cisco held various positions at CACEIS (USA) Inc., most recently as Vice President of Investor Services. During his time at CACEIS, Mr. Cisco led many of the functions that comprised their investor services platform across different investment products and strategies. Mr. Cisco has over a decade of experience servicing large and complex global institutional clients. Mr. Cisco holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College in Economics and Spanish.
