Wonjoon Hong

Mr. Hong is a Principal in the Ares Global Client Solutions Group, where he focuses on institutional client management in Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Ares in 2016, Mr. Hong worked at AID Partners, where he focused on private equity fund investments in the media industry across Asia. Previously, Mr. Hong was an Associate at Shinhan Asia Limited, where he focused on syndicated loans and corporate bonds in the Greater China Region. In addition, he worked at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), Seoul Branch, where he focused on relationship management for corporate clients. Mr. Hong holds a B.A. from Peking University in Finance.
