Timothy Henson

Mr. Henson is a Vice President in the Ares Corporate Strategy Group, where he focuses on the ongoing global expansion of the firm through mergers and acquisitions as well as strategic partnerships and investments. Prior to joining Ares in 2018, Mr. Henson was an Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities in the Financial Institutions Group, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital-raising transactions. He holds a B.S., cum laude, from Wake Forest University School of Business in Finance.
