Tim Ward

Mr. Ward is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Ward was an Associate at Black Creek Group, where he focused on the acquisitions of industrial real estate. Previously he was a Manager at Brookfield Properties, where he focused on valuations and financial reporting. In addition, he worked at GGP, a publicly traded REIT, where he was responsible for financial reporting. He holds a B.S. from the University of Kansas in Finance.
