Simon Shen

Mr. Shen is a Principal in the Ares Private Equity Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2017, Mr. Shen was a Senior Associate in Business Operations at LinkedIn, where he focused on managing and scaling the company's digital advertising business. Previously, Mr. Shen was an Associate at Silver Lake Partners, where he focused on private equity investments across the technology sector. Prior to that, Mr. Shen was an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Shen holds a B.A. in Economics and B.S., summa cum laude, from the University of California at Berkeley in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
