Sabrina Chin

Ms. Chin is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where she focuses on U.S. diversified real estate equity development and construction management. Prior to joining Ares in 2024, Ms. Chin was a Senior Project Manager at 3RE Partners, where she oversaw construction and development projects across the United States. Previously, Ms. Chin was a Senior Project Manager at RXR Realty, where she focused on managing full-cycle developments and buildings throughout the Greater New York City Area. In addition, Ms. Chin was an Assistant Vice President at New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) and a Project Manager at The LiRo Group, where she focused on monitoring and managing capital projects, both horizontal and vertical. Ms. Chin holds a B.S. and an M.S. from Carnegie Mellon University in Civil and Environmental Engineering, with a concentration in Engineering and Public Policy. Ms. Chin is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and Society of Women Engineers (SWE). She is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York.
