Mike Iozzia

Mr. Iozzia is a Principal in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Iozzia was a Vice President of industrial acquisitions at Black Creek Group, where he focused on new acquisitions along the east coast for Black Creek Group's industrial platform. Mr. Iozzia is a member of National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) and an active member on the National Industrial Perspectives II Forum. Mr. Iozzia holds a B.Sc., cum laude, from the University of Delaware in Real Estate.
