Melissa Stephens

Ms. Stephens is a Managing Director in the Ares Investor Relations Group, where she focuses on credit product management and investor relations. Prior to joining Ares in 2012, Ms. Stephens was a Business Valuation Analyst at Duffs and Phelps, where she focused on financial analyses, including purchase price allocations and goodwill impairment testing. Previously, she was an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she focused on mergers and transactions, corporate finance, and valuation analyses for technology companies. Ms. Stephens currently serves on the Board of Directors of the LA Promise Fund. Ms. Stephens holds a B.S. from the University of Southern California in Business Administration.
