Mr. Speelmans is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on European real estate debt. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, Mr. Speelmans was an Investment Analyst at DRC Capital, where he worked on European real estate debt investments. Mr. Speelmans holds a B.A. from the University of Manchester in Architecture and an M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge in Real Estate Finance.
