Lauren Sohmer

Ms. Sohmer is a Partner in the Ares Human Resources Department. Additionally, Ms. Sohmer serves on the Ares Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council. Prior to joining Ares in 2018, Ms. Sohmer was the Senior HR Business Partner for Cerberus Capital Management in the United States. Previously, Ms. Sohmer was an Executive Director in Asset & Wealth Management at J.P. Morgan, where she held leadership roles in HR and Talent Development. Mr. Sohmer holds a B.S. from Ohio State University in Business Administration.
