Kyle O'Connor

Mr. O'Connor is a Managing Director in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. O'Connor was a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Black Creek Group, where he focused on sourcing and executing new acquisition and development opportunities on the east coast for Black Creek Group's industrial platform. Mr. O'Connor holds a B.A. from Rutgers University in Economics.
