Kurt Baker

Mr. Baker is a Principal in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. multifamily real estate equity asset management. Prior to joining Ares in 2013, Mr. Baker was an Asset Manager at Winthrop Management, where he focused on acquisition diligence and asset management of multifamily assets in value enhanced funds. Previously, he was a Director of Budgets and Reports at PartheNon Realty LLC, where he focused on asset management and reporting. Mr. Baker holds a B.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University.
