Justin Nathan

Mr. Nathan is a Managing Director and Chief Accounting Officer in the Ares Finance and Accounting Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2019, Mr. Nathan was a Controller at Roystone Capital Management LP. Previously, Mr. Nathan was an Assistant Controller at Harbinger Capital Partners. In addition, Mr. Nathan was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he provided audit services to clients in the investment management industry. Mr. Nathan holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an MAcc. from the Ohio State University, Columbus Fisher College of Business. Mr. Nathan holds a CPA license.
