Jonathan Isser

Mr. Isser is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate development and construction management. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Isser was a Senior Associate at Black Creek Group. Previously, he was an Associate Director of Development at Hidrock Properties, where he focused on design, entitlement and construction of ground-up hospitality and mixed-use development. Mr. Isser holds a B.S., cum laude, from the University of Maryland, College Park in Civil Engineering. In addition, he holds an engineering license from the Maryland State Board for Professional Engineers.
