Joe Fierro

Mr. Fierro is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate development and construction management. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Fierro was an Assistant Vice President of Development at Black Creek Group, where he focused on the entitlement and development of industrial assets. Previously, Mr. Fierro was a Development Associate at Extell Development Company, where he focused on multi-family and mixed-use development in New Jersey. Mr. Fierro holds a B.S. from Lehigh University in Real Estate Finance.
