Jessica Mattoon

Ms. Mattoon is a Managing Director and Associate General Counsel (Private Funds) in the Ares Legal Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2013, she was an Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP, where she focused on private investment funds, separate accounts and joint ventures, as well as the acquisition, financing and disposition of real estate investments. Ms. Mattoon holds a B.A. from George Washington University in English and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
