Jeff Sanford

Mr. Sanford is a Managing Director in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. multifamily real estate equity asset management. Prior to joining Ares in 2024, Mr. Sanford was a Senior Vice President of Asset Management at LivCor, where he led the firm's Central Division and oversaw a multifamily portfolio. Previously, Mr. Sanford was a Vice President at Mill Creek Residential Trust, a national developer, owner and operator of multifamily investments. In addition, he held various asset management and acquisition roles at Security Properties, a Seattle-based multifamily investment firm. He holds a B.A. from Washington State University in Business Administration with emphasis in Real Estate, Insurance and Risk Management, and Finance.
