Dylan Frazier

Mr. Frazier is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Frazier was an Associate at Black Creek Group, where he focused on identifying and evaluating acquisition and development opportunities for industrial properties in the Southeastern U.S. markets. Previously, Mr. Frazier was an Associate at Trimont Real Estate Advisors, where he focused on structured finance solutions and asset management strategies. Mr. Frazier holds a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia in Finance.
