Crystal Hammer

Ms. Hammer is a Principal in Ares Real Estate, where she focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity asset management. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Ms. Hammer was a Vice President of Asset Management for Black Creek Group, where she focused on leasing and operations for Industrial assets in the Western region, United States. Previously, she was an Operations Manager with the Irvine Company, where she focused on overall operations for Class A Office space in Southern California. She holds a B.S. from the University of Southern California in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Studies.
