Carlos Palafox

Mr. Palafox is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate development and construction management. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, Mr. Palafox was Senior Vice President of Development at TRC Retail, where he focused on development of various retail and mixed-use projects throughout the U.S. west coast. Previously, he was Senior Development Director at Oliver McMillan, where he managed various urban mixed-use development projects throughout the U.S. Mr. Palafox holds a B.Arch. from Cornell University and an M.R.E.D. from the University of Southern California.
