Bharath Raghunath

Mr. Raghunath is a Vice President in Ares Secondaries Group, where he focuses on real estate secondaries. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, he was a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Group of Landmark Partners, where he was primarily responsible for analyzing and underwriting secondary real estate investments. Previously, Mr. Raghunath was a Real Estate Investments Associate at GIC Private Markets. In addition, Mr. Raghunath was an Analyst with the J.P. Morgan European Real Estate Finance and Special Situations Group. Mr. Raghunath holds a B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in Ocean Engineering and an M.Sc. from HEC Paris in Strategic Management.
