Benjamin Fox

Mr. Fox is a Managing Director for the Ares Net Lease strategy, which focuses on net lease and related investments that span the Ares Alternative Credit Group and Ares Real Estate platforms. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Fox was the Executive Vice President, Asset Management and Operations at Realty Income Corporation (NYSE: O), where he also served as a member of the Investment Committee. Previously, Mr. Fox was an Associate at Cappello Capital Corp., a boutique merchant banking firm. Mr. Fox began his career as an Analyst at JPMorgan in the Global Natural Resources Investment Banking Group. He holds a B.S. from Cornell University in Policy Analysis and Management and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
