Jai Subrahmanyam

Mr. Subrahmanyam is a Managing Director and Head of Data and Analytics in the Ares Technology and Information Security Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2025, Mr. Subrahmanyam was a Senior Vice President at Blackstone, where he focused on building an enterprise data program to democratize data access, manage efficiently the firm's market data, and enable scaling of the investment business. Previously, Mr. Subrahmanyam was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on developing a data management and control practice to help the firm meet its regulatory obligations. Mr. Subrahmanyam holds a B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin in Computer Science and an M.B.A. from London Business School.
